Printer Diagnostics - $30

Residential Rate - $75/hour

Business Rate - $95/hour

Got a small project? Need some SMART HANDS for a couple of hours or a couple of days? Are you based in another city but have an office here in the Triad and need someone to go onsite for you to do an install or troubeshooting? I've worked for companies like Hanes Brands, AT&T and RJ Reynolds.

Hourly - 95/hr.
Day Rate - $250
Weekly Rates are Negotiable.

Remote Services (I can log in and help you from my office)
$1 per minute.

Emergency Service - After 6pm and before 8am - $125/hour

Pick up Service - Don't have time for me to work on your computer at your place? Call me and I will come pick it up, repair it, and then return it to you!

Trip Charge - If you are 20 miles outside of my local service area here in Winston-Salem I will have to add a $20 trip charge to your total. Obviously, if you bring the computer to me you will not incur this charge.
